T-Shirt Contest Application

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Please read carefully.

Applicants must submit full-color, high quality images of their radiography or medical imaging themed artwork to be used for the purpose of the Annual Conference T-Shirt. 

Designs can focus on any subject relating to the Society or medical imaging, but should attempt to capture the theme of next year’s Annual Conference or the overall intent of the NCSRT.

Two sets of images must be submitted to the NCSRT for consideration.

The first set is an image of the design on a T-shirt - both front and back. The T-shirt image does not need to be high-quality, it just needs to be clear for the PowerPoint used at the Annual Conference. This will serve as the mockup of the final design that others will see to get an idea of what it will look like on a shirt.

The second set are high-quality images of the front and back designs. These should have no background and be submitted as high-resolution PNG or JPEG files, with Vector files preferred. These will be used directly to print the shirt if the design is chosen. Screenshots or other low resolution images will not be accepted. 

I have read the Rules and Regulations for the NCSRT T-Shirt Design Contest and agree to abide by them.  By submission of this application, I deem myself eligible according to the Rules and Regulations.  If I decide before the meeting not to compete, I shall notify the President of the NCSRT, Inc. Board of Directors as soon as possible. Their contact information is located on the Board of Directors page on the NCSRT website.

Winning designs will become the sole property of the NCSRT, Inc. and may require further editing after selection and before official use. Applicants do not reserve any rights to their artwork after selection as a contest winner. The NCSRT, Inc. reserves the right to use the design or to not use the design in future official Society materials.
